Changing loan type
Switching from a variable loan to a fixed rate is easy. Keep in mind however, that there will be a variation fee to do this. View our fees and charges here.
Switching from a fixed rate during the fixed term is a little more complex. There will be break costs associated that are specific to your loan, and these can be expensive. If you would like to understand more about these costs, please feel free to give us a call on 1300 992 700.
If you would like to switch loan types, or would like more information on switching, please call us on 1300 992 700 or email ask@homeloans.qantasmoney.com. We’ll be happy to help.
Adding or removing an offset account
If, after getting your home loan, you decide that you’d like an offset account, you can add one to your existing home loan for a fee of $150. If you are on a fixed rate, an additional break cost will also apply. Removing an offset account from your existing home loan will also incur a $150 fee.
To add or remove an offset account, call us on 1300 992 700 or email ask@homeloans.qantasmoney.com and we’ll be happy to help.
