How can I tell which emails are genuine?

Qantas emails may contain links to our website. Before clicking on a link, please check that it links to a Qantas website.

If you receive an email asking you to contact us about your application or home loan, feel free to call us on 1300 992 700 to check that it’s genuine.

You should disregard any emails that:

  • request personal information, including your name, address, PIN or account details;
  • contain incorrect spelling either in the email itself or a linked website - this may signal a potential scam; and
  • seem too good to be true and are not from a trusted source.

Report suspicious emails immediately by calling us on 1300 992 700, anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To deliver a Qantas Money Home Loan, we work with a range of partners. In general, you should only expect to hear from Qantas Money about your loan, but these supporting parties may be referenced:

  • MSA National. Our mortgage services partner, who will support you through the settlement process.
  • Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. A trusted Australian bank that provides the funds for our loans. Their online banking portal and experienced customer service team are also available to you during the life of your loan. Call us on 1300 992 700 if you need support.

The only partner that will email you directly is MSA National, during the settlement process. If you have any concerns about communications you receive, you can call us on 1300 992 700 to confirm if they are genuine.
