How can I check the status of my application?

Once you apply for a Qantas Money Home Loan, you will receive login credentials. This will allow you to log in and manage your account online. You can also check on the status of your loan application if it hasn’t been approved immediately.

Your login credentials will include account details, a customer number and a temporary password which you’ll need to change for security reasons.

If you misplace or forget your Customer Number or password, please contact us.
