How often will I receive information on my account?
You will receive a monthly statement if you have an offset loan. You can choose to receive them either electronically via email or through the mail. If you have a non-offset loan, you will receive statements bi-annually. If you want to change your preferences, you can update them online in the Preferences tab of your Qantas Money Home Loans online banking.
