Apply online As you complete the application, we’ll confirm your details in real time. We’ll value your property (unless you’ve applied for Pre-approval), verify your personal details, run a credit check as well as validate your income and expenses. Our home loan experts are available if you need help.
If there is something we can’t do digitally or we need to review your application in more detail, it will be sent to our home loans team to review. -
Sign and save If fully approved, your loan documents will be auto-generated and emailed to you, in most cases, within minutes. Then all you need to do is review, sign and return.
If you’ve been pre-approved and have found a property you’d like to make an offer on, you’ll be able to log back in and add the property address details for us to assess. We’ll complete a valuation to make sure we can lend against the property. Your application will progress towards full approval once you upload your purchase contract.
What you need to apply for a Qantas Money Home Loan
- Be a Qantas Frequent Flyer Member. If the loan is shared among two people, you’ll both need to be (or intend to be) Qantas Frequent Flyer members. Not a member? Sign up here and save $99.50**
- Buy or refinance an established property (not off the plan or construction)
- You could borrow from $300K anywhere up to $3M:
- Keep in mind that for loans under $2M you’ll need at least a 10% deposit or equity, plus savings to cover fees and charges such as stamp duty.
- For loans more than $2M, you’ll need at least a 25% deposit or equity, plus savings to cover fees and charges such as stamp duty. Funds in this instance can’t be used for an equity release or ‘cash out’ (refinance)
- If you're applying alone, you must be currently employed, either through PAYG or self-employment
- Be able to provide at least one form of government ID, such as a passport, driver licence or Medicare card; and
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and live in Australia.

Suitable for self-employed customers with:
- A good credit history;
- Trading for minimum 1 year and ABN registered for at least 1 year;
- GST registered if gross revenue > $75,000
- A year's worth of up-to-date tax returns and/or business financial statements.
