Up to 90% loan-to-value options are available (that don’t impact your interest rate) but remember, Lenders Mortgage Insurance applies if you have less than a 20% deposit of the property’s value, and if you want to borrow more than $2M you will require a 25% deposit.

Get pre-approved and search for your next property with confidence
Unlike some lenders, Qantas Money Home Loans Pre-approval includes a full assessment of your personal details and finances (including a credit check).
This means you’ll have a more accurate understanding of your borrowing capacity, based on your current circumstances.
We understand that searching for your next property can take time. Our Pre-approval is valid for 60 days. You’ll also have the option to renew for a further 60 days, provided your financial or personal circumstances haven’t changed.
Continue to full approval with ease
One of the benefits of Pre-approval is that your home loan application is underway and you won’t need to start the process from scratch.
You will be able to progress your application by logging in and updating the property address details for us to assess and complete a valuation to make sure we can lend against the property
If your offer is accepted on the property you will be able to upload your Purchase Contract so that your application can progress to full approval
Offset account available
An offset account is a great way to reduce the amount of interest you'll pay over the life of your loan. Unlike many lenders, Qantas Money Home Loans also offer an offset facility++ across all our home loans including our fixed rate loans - giving you more flexibility to manage your loan, your way.

Flexibility to make additional payments means you're not weighed down by your mortgage. You can repay up to $20,000 per year on fixed loans.
